Podcast: Healthy and Unhealthy Perfectionism

What are the differences between healthy and unhealthy perfectionism? How can you tell if someone is a perfectionist? And what do you do about that? Several years ago, I had the privilege of being a guest on The Faculty Meeting podcast to discuss my research on perfectionism. It was a wonderful conversation with Drs. Jencius and Baltrinic. While our discussion was more focused on perfectionism in academia and university settings, I think listeners can still glean a lot of information about perfectionism and apply it to their own lives. This can include where you work and in your own personal lives. Feel free to contact me if you feel perfectionism is impacting your life.
